It allows individuals to feel heard, validated, reassured, and supported. It is also a place where individuals understand why they react or feel like they do. As your counsellor, my job is not to fix you because you are not broken. Instead, my job is to help bring your strength and resilience to the surface. I empower individuals and help them unpack and heal from past experiences and trauma.
